How much does it cost for you to design my items?

One hour of design time is included in all custom order quotes. If our designer exceeds that one hour of design time, we will charge design fees. This is $35/hour.  We are likely to charge design time when: 

• Designing an event program

• Recreating a design sent to us where we cannot use the actual image

• There are multiple revisions to a proof

This is why we ask for design ideas/color preferences, so that we can design your item to your specifications as quickly as possible in order to get your items to production!  If we have a good idea of how you want your item to look, that helps us get your order to you in a more timely manner.
