Online order processing

Please refer to the Custom Order section below for processing times of other types of orders.

We begin printing orders immediately. Please refer to the 15:00 cutoff time and your order quantity to determine when your online order will ship.

Order Quantity Processing Times

• Up to 5,000 tickets; one business day to process.
• 5,001 – 10,000 tickets; two business days to process.
• 10,001 – 25,000 tickets; three business days to process.
• 25,001 – 50,000 tickets; four business days to process.
• 50,001 – 75,000 tickets; six business days to process.
• 75,001 – 100,000 tickets; eight business days to process.
• 100,001 – 200,000 tickets; twelve business days to process.
• After we have processed your order, we ship it via the method you selected when ordering.
• Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected.

• UPS Second Day AM * – Guaranteed for business addresses only!
• UPS Second Day *
• UPS Third Day *
• UPS Ground * – You can view the estimated shipping time here.
• USPS

• After an order has been placed, our graphics designers begin work on the ticket.
• You are guaranteed a proof via email by the end of the next business day (for orders with 9 parts or less).
• You will review your proof, emailing any changes or corrections, or your final approval to print. We will not begin printing tickets until we have received final approval that the tickets are correct.
• After the proof has been approved, it takes 3 business days to process tickets (more for certain products or quantities).
• After we have processed your order, we ship it via the method you select.
• Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected.

Custom Tickets with Expedited Processing

UPS delivers on business days, only. For custom ticket orders, Saturday delivery may be requested via UPS Next Day Air.
