How can I make the back of my badge upside down?

This can be done with our Design Your Own editor!  You can design the front or upload art, and then click the "back" tab to flip the badge.  On the back, you can upload art and then use rotating tools to rotate it 180 degrees.  That way the badge holder can easily see a schedule or pertinent info easily.
