Why won't my image upload to DYO?

First check your file type - our system will only take an image file such as png, tif, or jpeg.  It will not accept a pdf or word document, etc. 

Sometimes if an image is too large, it will not upload to the Design Your Own canvas.  In these cases you can try saving the image at a smaller size.
