Yes! If the order has not been processed we will generally cancel the order and issue a full refund. To cancel an order, call customer support from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 888.771.0809. Our customer support team will find out if the order is printed.
If your order has been printed, we can still cancel it, but we can only refund the shipping portion. We understand sometimes mistakes are made, so if you need to reorder due to an error on your items, we are happy to offer you a 40% discount on the reorder of the same item or items.
One way to avoid issues is to check your proof carefully when you add it to the cart. Our system asks you to click a disclaimer noting that your online item is ready to print. We start printing immediately once you submit your order, so you order may be printed within minutes.
