Once you are logged into your account, you can navigate to the address book, where you can update your address or enter a new address. When checking out with a new order, you will select the address you want to ship to, and then your billing address.
If you've submitted an order and you need to update your shipping address, you can do that anytime before your item or items ship. Give our support team a call at 888.771.0809 and let us know you need to change or update your shipping address.
The billing address cannot be changed after the order has been submitted. If it is incorrect, you can select or enter the correct address with your next order.
