Once our customer support team has all of the info ad images needed to design your product, we will need to validate a credit card, and then we can email over a proof. We validate the credit card to get your order in our system. We do not charge out the credit card until final approval is given and a shipping method is chosen. Upon receiving this information you will receive the electronic proof no later than the end of the next business day. Upon proof approval, it will take 3 business days to process plus shipping time in transit.
Custom Quotes always include one hour of design time. If our designers go over that time designing your item or items, that cost will be $35/hour. There are some things that make it more likely we'll need to charge that fee:
- If we are recreating an image you have sent us using pieces.
- When designing an event program
- If there are more than 9 parts to an order
- If, once seeing the proof, there are several rounds of revisions.
For this reason, we ask that you give us a good, clear idea of what you're looking for in a design. This will lessen the need for revisions and speed up the ordering process, as well as saving money on design fees!
