Custom Order Proofs and Design Fees

Custom Quotes always include one hour of design time.  If our designers go over that time designing your item or items, that cost will be $35/hour.   There are some things that make it more likely we'll need to charge that fee:

• If we are recreating an image you have sent us using pieces.
• When designing an event program
• If there are more than 9 parts to an order
• If, once seeing the proof, there are several rounds of revisions.

For this reason, we ask that you give us a good, clear idea of what you're looking for in a design.   This will lessen the need for revisions and speed up the ordering process, as well as saving money on design fees!
