Can I make changes to my item after the order has been submitted online?

You will need to call to see if your order has been printed, as we do normally print within minutes of the order being submitted.   If your item has been printed, we cannot make changes to it.  You would need to have us cancel the order so that you could resubmit it.

If we have printed your items, we can refund the shipping portion of your order, but not the cost of the items.
