When you order online, you should get email confirmation after placing your order on the website. If you have not received your receipt, it could be for a couple of reasons. You may have a typo in your email address that you used when you created your account. A second reason might be that because the receipt is emailed to the email on the billing address, if you are not the person on the billing, you wouldn't get that.
If you just want to be sure your order was placed, here's an easy way to do that! If you have an account created and did not check out as a guest, you can log in and look at your order history to see if your order appears there. If you checked out as a guest, give our support team a call and we'll happily email a receipt to whatever email address you prefer!
